These people giving the interviews were probably outside consultants or officers who either never spent a day on the phones at all or haven’t held a call center position in over a decade. What they don’t tell you is that you’ll be working second or third shifts, weekends and holidays, will never see your family or friends again because you are chained to your desk at all times, are under immense pressure, dealing with rude and angry customers who can’t do basic math or browser navigation, and are threatened with constant discipline and/or termination if you can’t meet the impossibly high metrics. NEVER take a call Center job unless you are in 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 dire straits and have absolutely no other option. And even then, you should be looking for an exit as quickly as possibly the second you set foot in that training room.

So I just finished training with Loyalty this week. While I will say that it’s not a good fit for everybody, if you have a certain mindset about yourself it’s tolerable considering you don’t need a degree for this position. The training was intense and there are super sweet as well as difficult customers. What you put into it is what you will get out of it. It helps if you are a naturally empathetic person and can keep your cool under pressure. For me it’s not as bad as I was expecting based on these comments. Yes things could be better in a lot of ways but on the flip side you do have the opportunity to make some good money with the commission scale.

Don't be Hippocratic to say that its a hard job, because basically you're just going to sit there and answer questions and do something in your end, as easy as that. There's no easy job let me remind you all. Even the richest person in the world is still stressed on thinking what are the things he can do to make him even more successful 🤣🤣🤣. Working in call center needs only one thing: "EMPATHY" if you don't have it then find other job. EMPATHY is like saying "I Love You" to your love one's. I think they send many calls overseas cos of how widely spoken English is; people worldwide use English in order to get richer. Langs like German on the other hand are only routed to 3 countries, so they get way better support.

I worked for WalMart and call centers when I was young. Surprisingly, WalMart was actually better. Call centers really are the worst.
