Than you so so much for this Amy . Today I’ve felt so down and depressed that I haven’t been in a mood to clean nor craft the thing I most love. Been suffering from this really bad depression and can’t seem to be my self anymore. But for some reason I felt a bit better by watching your video. ❤ makes me want to get up and use my watercolors and use my art journal. 🙏🏼

I am so glad you are doing your best to relax when you can while also being able to make beautiful pages in your journal. It is interesting that I never really thought about how stickers may have a shelf life. I have a tiny little bucket of items I use and I find that all my supplies are gone within three months with how I am about maintaining my stickers and papers and such. I don't really buy things until I am nearly out. I love to being able to give space for rest and I am glad you are learning to do the same. More beautiful pages shown here! Your daughter is adorable by the way!

Thank you, Amy. I am writing this as you you are around 12/18 minutes. You are adding the grounding white bit and permission for messiness in our processes. Thank you for sharing this. I needed permission to be messy, to be open to the universe, and to create whatever I want when I want. I am so tired of being cramped in life. Loving on rest, and allowing to be at rest from myself, that's important.

I would love a fall challenge to use what I have. This weekend might be my first rest in months. My crossfit box is having a 30 day workout/nutrition challenge, but one rule is you must rest one day a week. You can earn bonus points for other healthy habits, so maybe I'll add journaling as my option... 🤔
