Prime 2-3 must arrive this year before Prime 4. After - doesn't make any sense. Why? It wouldn't serve as marketing for 4, it would be worse in every way compared to 4 with dated gameplay graphics and controls

I think we've come to the points that games have reached their plateau in terms of graphics and resolution, that Nintendo will easily sail through their console generations with ease in the future. Because most casual gamers don't care about 4K or 8K, they just want to play games that are fun.

Apparently Capcom has a dev kit so I fully expect some titles and ports from them, obvious stuff being all the recent Resident Evil releases, a new portable Monster Hunter game down the line and more Devil May Cry since DMC3 has that special Switch edition with style switching and co-op. For first party though I want a new Star Fox.

I have played some games for thousands of hours in my lifetime. However, if any game's gameloop and learning curve requires 10 to 15 hours to really get into it, I'm out. I love several Bethesda games, and I tried Starfield based on fandom alone, but the pacing was so slow. Running around didn't even feel like running, it felt like walking, and it felt like walking in a game environment big enough to need a GTA or cyberpunk style transportation systems, or damn, even a Skyrim or Red-Dead redemption horse. I really wanted to like it, I really-really wanted to like it, but I hated it too much to get to the 15 hours I need to actually like it. I'm not retired, I work for a living. My gaming sessions are going to be 30 minutes to 3 hours at a time tops. I don't necessarily want to beat a game in that length of time, but I want to actually feel like I'm at least making progress without applying for a second job. Hell, I quiet Eve Online for the same reason, after years of actually like it, but it just became a chore at some point. Playing starfield seemed like a chore from the start. I don't want my hate to ruin someone else's enjoyment of it though.

Here me out, an assasin creed-like Legend of Zelda. Have Link come from a thief household then reluctantly plucked out from thiefhood to become a Hero. Have him still use rogueish abilities. AND BRING BACK THE HOOKSHOT. Also, add a reputation system and different endings/abilties depending on reputation. Maybe orient the story of stealing something evil, kinda persona-ish, to return the neighboring kingdoms to normalcy. However have the dungeons be a blend of hiding and dodging surveillance or just front-on attacking with slightly higher skill level/difficulties.
