One new thing I've noticed about Marwa is that when he's in front of a big group he's a very good listener. He's especially really attentive when he's asking people to give a shoutout for their KZbin channel. This, to me, has been very nice to notice. Previously, I'd always get uncomfortable when he would interrupt people as they talked, especially during his travels. The other thing that has been very nice to notice is that he can be a very charming host, especially when, again, he's talking in front of a group. He needs to use these qualities more during his travels. My two cents of advice.

Alot of Americans adapt to Kenya very easily. Americans easil;y adapt to many cultures. they are adventurers and are willing to learn and accept different cultures. Many just want to get away from the dreary work work work come home work work work go to work and basically your life is consumed between work and taking care of kids withg no time for yourselves and no much to do for outdoors. In Kenya you have ewvrything yes peole work but also know how to break especiually when you have kids

Marwa should create a special storage for the foodstuff and have a proper record of what goes in and out.Let one person be responsible and report to you daily on "stock" movement...That way either yourself or your PA will track everything....
