The first plant is called oregano, it's antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal, it's very good for respiratory illness, I use the oil in warm water with honey when ever I feel a cold coming, the leaves are great for teas and also in the to season food. Caribbean ppl have planted every where on there land, or in the kitchen when there cooking.

The water needs to first be tasted for foreigners to drink otherwise they might get sick. I recall when I travelled to india, my African skin reacted to the water I used for showering imagine just showering so it's general I and marwa might not get sick from the water but a foreigner might cause they're not used to it.

The second-story outside balcony glass railing broke 🥺! That should have given a clue to the fact that the outside second-story deck railing is unsafe! The outside railing if built according to local building code must be at minimum 36' to 42' from the deck to the top rail and can withstand a force of 200 pounds at any point in a downward or outward direction. The best material would be a rust-resistant metal such as an aluminum railing with one or more premium coatings, galvanized steel, or only marine-grade stainless steel because it can resist moisture well. That plant is called Thyme. it is used for seasoning meet of all kinds. It`s a widely used seasoning in Trinidad and Tobago.

I think the main reason why the house isn't done is because u want to do everything at once within a short period of time eg u decided to build a fish pond something that's not necessary right now all those guys that are now focussing on the fish pond would hv been used elsewhere to do xm finishing up of the villa. Finishing the inside of the house should hv been ur first priority so that atleast ur visitors hv comfy places to stay. Anyways its already done hopefully u finish up before the d-day

Love your work Bro from Aotearoa / New Zealand, you need to visit here after your Party and not just Australia the big one, but the Pacific Islands, like Samoa, Tonga, Fiji, Niue, Tokelau, Soloman's, etc many , many places you can visit in the vast Pacific Ocean that are small and very similar to Africa in terms of Temperatures and food, culture, but New Zealand has them all here in one big melting pot.
