If you ever feel like making a video (on either channel) on how you plan your week (D's things, meals, activities, etc.), I'd love to see it! I'm a mom to a 14-month-old and I've been struggling to stay consistent with planning my week ahead of time. I've just bought a new planner and I want to turn over a new leaf! I'm so interested in how other moms keep them up, too. Anyway, just a thought...love the vlogs and keeping up with you and Delilah! :)

Annoys me that because of some of the comments you feel you have to address some of your parenting... like cutting up the grapes and then having to mention that you’d move a knife. The online world isn’t fair. You and Doug seem amazing parents, your doing an amazing job because Delilah is thriving. I worked at lush till a week ago, behind the scenes is awful. Work place bullying and unfair dismissals not cared about by head office either. Company and products are fantastic though, i had a party there when i was younger it was great!

Yeah some stores are pretty good, I worked in one a few years ago and they was alot better. I know one girl had issues there and she contacted HR and they wasn't fussed unfortunately thats the only complaint people who work with lush have just the HR. Ill stick to being a customer in the future haha :)
