You might suggest that a senior man get a testosterone implant in the hip. In addition to helping with arousal it helps with muscular strength and better sleep. I'm a 78-year old female who had this done (much lower dose of testosterone for women) for better strength and better sleep and I had heard that it affected libido in women but I wasn't too concerned about it. And alas, I don't have a partner so what difference would it make? This is a 4-month time release tiny pellet put in the hip and by week six I was surprised to find that one day I awoke feeling like I did when I was 12 (and one hot little girl.) It was two weeks before I cooled down so I can attest that this form of therapy is powerful even for seniors.
