Horses can be quite wary of wash stalls. One time with our horses, we had no wash stall, and no one could loan theirs ! We had to get to a Keuring ( inspection) later in the day, so we took them to a 'do it yourself ' car wash in town. Two Friesian mares and foals were washed that day, they behaved wonderfully, and we had no accidents. So many people came by to see them, and we took the opportunity to teach the people about Friesians and breeding to keep the stam lines pure ! It was a grand memory ! ❤️🖤🇨🇦🖤❤️

Hmm last I checked I wasn’t aware that Reintje had triplets she had a trail of ducklings following behind her & Reina Sanne & RJ always insist on being close to their favorite aunt and she doesn’t even mind it’s adorable. The two lovely Geertje’s together 4 legged Geertje was a bit nervous and unsure of the water and scary looking snake of a nozzle but she did so well completely trusting that her human herd would keep her safe it’s beautiful to see her look to you for reassurance which is just how it should be.💖💖I love seeing Johnny as always he’s a total stud muffin strutting his stuff for his ladies he knows he’s the man.🤩😎🌟

Poor Reintje! As if one foal were not enough! I have marveled at how Rinse Janko has adopted her and her foal Reina as his family. It's odd how he prefers to be with them instead of his own mother. In an earlier video, I saw that Reina and Sanne were becoming friends. Never did I imagine that Sanne would follow Reintje and Reina and Rinse Janko inside instead of going with her mother. I’m going to miss Sjirkje . I love that she is such a protective Mem. I especially love how her ears are perked up and straight forward when she gets to work, whether it be in a cart or saddle, she loves working and tries so hard to please. I always felt sorry that she was the last mare in the herd rankings because she is so wonderful. I’m so glad we got to keep Mathilde and Sanne. Those two were meant to be born at Stal G and wear that name. I’m looking forward to seeing them in inspections. Thanks for letting us have a good look at some of your young horses moving freely in the arena. Even without a lot of training they show such good movement and flexibility in their hind legs. What a delight to see Friesen horses that are both pleasant to ride and yet still able to work in harness too! So many horse breeds have become highly specialized in the past fifty years. I love to see that Friesens are still being bred for both riding and driving!

I love the way that the foals are following Aunty Reintje 😍😍. It's a bit like she's a child minder to the other foals 😂😂. Reintje is such a sweet mare, a great mem and obviously enjoys being round the other foals as well 😍😍. When I first saw Geertje tied up there with Reintje's head collar on, I thought she was Reintje at first 😱😱! She looks so much like her mem 😲😲! Wonder whether she takes after Reintje with a fear of water 😍😂😍😂? Love the way that Hester is wanting cuddles with Yvonne 😍😍. Sjirkje looks like great fun to ride 😊😊.

@@stephanielouiseslade6323 Reintje's foals always seem to stay close to her. Often I notice them a bit distant from other mares/foals. Possibly the other foals live her calm demeanor.
