A Marine Division For Storming Normandy In Your

This short covers a simple marine division which is more then enough to take an enemy port in hearts of iron 4. You can replace the artillery if desired and its best when concentrated on 1-3 tiles including a port. 10 of these is optimal as well for a landing.

Putting artillery in a marine template removes a significant amount of amphibious terrain bonus and make it 30w at least

In my opinion I would fill out the entire division with marines and add signal,engineers,support arty,field hospital and shore bombardment. Works 4 me👍🏻

The artillery takes away a lot of the amphibious bonuses during a naval invasion… you can’t unload artillery from a beach landing like d-day
