It's so worth it trust me. It helps if you multitask. Chop and prep everything first. Bake potatoes/fries while you make the macaroni salad. Let the macaroni salad rest in the fridge while you cook the smashed veggie burgers and the veg meat sauce. Took me 1.5hrs tops and you'll have leftovers for a good few days...if it lasts that long lol
