I know!! I saw this vid a while back and often think about how even after they made what seems like had to be bad coffee (whole beans!), they say “the water seems to have the flavor now”! It cracks me up they don’t even realize they just made coffee!!! In a waaaay more complicated way!

That's how I cut my pineapple! I learned it from an old ass better homes and garden cookbook of my mom's, or the one she gave me. So excited to see and hear that's how Sohla does it from her grandma! Hence all the explanation points! That's why cooking is awesome. Also delicious food.

Them doing this together is so much fun. Love them! NGL, the entire time I was having a coronary with what they were doing with the coffee. They did not taste it first to check the tasting notes if it was floral, funky, or have stone fruit flavors that can work well with what they were making. They did say they’re not really into coffee. When the coffee was in the pressure cooker in an attempt to soften it, in my head I was like… “Oh no… over extraction of the bitter compounds!” Anyway, just being a weird coffee person. 😂 Don’t @ me.
