GiGi EatsCelebrities yes, or whatever you think reality is right? Taking time to listen to the breath teaches you to be present and actually in the true reality. Not the one that tells us to worry and have doubt. The reality that reminds we are alive and with endless possibilities!

Counting backwards actually triggers the brain and it helps you to relax so this is really a good way to meditate.
