I have stopped watching the news, i go out in nature a lot, i meditate every night, i surround myself with plants and watch seeds grow. They start in the dark, cold earth and grow to the light. I have started to take an herb called Ashwagandha, and I make mugwort tea every night before bed. I feel much calmer an I try to be as positive as I can. I am not ignoring all the negative going on but I wish to not align my energy with that.

This was so timely Jenna. I've been so incredibly grounded and positive through this but this last weekend I fell into another dark night of the soul. This definitely helped me re-center myself, thank you for all of those reminders. I wonder if it's just my soul's way of reminding me what people will be going through as they awaken since it's been about 3 years since I woke up. Thank you Jenna, this was so timely. I have been feeling that things will be alright, and my tarot also spoke of a new emergent solidarity between people and structures falling. I'm a beginner reader but it made sense. I've just listened to a Kryon channellings about these coronavirus times and then came here and wow, you both say exactly the same things. 😊 Exactly what I needed today. Funny you talk about the house analogy. I’m literally looking for an actual house right now. Hoping to manifest a beautiful house (mine is falling down quite literally) I loved your video of how you manifested your house a couple years back. Ive been thinking of that as I’m trying to not get discouraged finding the right house for us. It’s been a big challenge because of Covid. Self care has been lacking and dark path indeed!
