Well done Socceroos. Making us proud. A long line of footballers and others taking a stand in whatever way they can. In 1978 in Argentina under dictatorship, groundskeepers painted "black armbands" on the goal posts as a silent protest against the regime. This statement is the least we could do, but it is more than most.

Could just make statement at all and get on with football or if they really cared just don't go.
