I am a BABCP accredited cognitive and behavioural psychotherapist living in the south of England. I specialise in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and predominantly work with people who have experienced trauma to help them move forward with their lives. Its a job I absolutely love and connects with my own values and purpose.

If you decide to keep doing X videos, which I believe you should, I think you should definitely watch the documentary “Look At Me: XXXTentacion” and it would give you a lot of perspective on what he means in his songs. I believe when he is talking about being tired of the hate and how he felt bad and thought about this woman, he is talking about Geneva Ayala, his ex girlfriend whom he was arrested for allegedly beating up. This situation is what followed him through his whole career and throughout most of his career he embraced being the villain. I get a lot of musical inspiration from X in my music, he is by far one of my favorite artists along with Lil Peep and NF. You should also look into some Lil Peep music as well! “Life is Beautiful” would be a great place to start! Edited: realizing you already started there, love it!

I need to say when I watched the burn video I changed my mind completely, that suicide is just the only thing to think about to escape my problems and I actually don't want to die, so I try to be happy with myself so every time I get bullied or something like that I can remind myself that they are just talking shit...this is how I try to escape my problems, thank you

Thanks for another great reaction. Get your videos out when you can, try not to feel pressured. Sometimes people forget you have a job, a family, and a life outside of the content you produce. I really hope people understand you getting into the flow. Some of the saddest songs have a beat that you just have to move to. It's not insensitive, it's human to enjoy the sound while understanding the content. Anyway, thanks again for all that you're doing!

I feel like XXX was definitely talking to the kids from Stoneman Douglas. Telling them that even though they are traumatized and some of their friends, acquaintances, classmates, and teachers are deceased now it’s not the end. Even though they “said I wanna die yeah no I’m not alright yeah” (possible quoting of the students) XXX is trying to “envisioning a better life for the rest of us” meaning the survivors. XXX grew up in Broward County. The same County as Stoneman Douglas High School. I also grew up in Broward County. XXX went to school with a few of my friends and he was shot at the water sports place down the street from my house. It is not far fetched to assume XXX had friends or relatives that were directly affected by this incident. As a person who did not forget the place he came from, he wrote a song for the kids/students and their families to help them get through this tough time and trauma. XXX was approximately 4-6 years older than the students in school at the time of the shooting in Parkland (depending on their grade level). (I was in the 10th grade when the shooting happened and my friends that knew XXX back in middle school are 2-4 years older than me.) Overall, I feel like XXX talking to the survivors of the Stoneman Douglas Shooting not the “perpetrators” because no. Personally that doesn’t sit right with me XXX publicly sympathizing with a guy who thought it was okay to shoot up his school on Valentines Day because he wasn’t loved. Yeah it’s a tragic story but publicly feeling bad for the guy and writing a song to him, I feel like that is completely out of context and inappropriate honestly. My reasoning stated above I believe is more accurate analysis of this song.

Hello, I've just discovered your channel and I love it. Keep it up. I really like the X's songs for his honesty and I would recommend "the remedy for a broken heart (why am I so in love)". It's yet another emotional song by X which I find really nice. Also a note that it's a pretty fast-paced song so it might be a bit hard to get along but I think following the lyrics video will help.

Is self referral better than GP referral, for mental health? I've been trying to get a doctors appointment now for about three weeks and keep being told there is no appointments. Sorry to ask this on here just need a little advice.

If you can self refer I.e. the service you are trying to access allows self referrals then I would certainly self refer, especially if you aren’t getting anywhere with the GP.

I've been through CBT two or three times, anxiety groups three times and been through counselling three or four times, I always seem to end up in the same place and feel like I need some sort of on going therapy and or a diagnosis so I can get the help I need.
