Honestly, from the outside it seems like the high expense of the jet is putting too much financial pressure on other areas. I’ve noticed also that with finance KZbin, views have generally gone down, since the bubble/fomo period of late 2020 and 2021. A lot of novice retail investors lost money and have left the market, and not watching get-rich-quick style videos.

As a course member, hearing you openly discuss your successes and failures helps me gauge the value of my investment into you, Meet Kevin. For my money, I feel you're headed in the right direction and although I don't always 100% agree with everything you say, I feel your words come from an honest place and that you do excel in transparency. Some people just want the content without the peek behind the curtain. Hey Kevin, Just want to say thank you for talking about your highs and lows in youtube. As a dude on the journy of youtube my self; feeling like I am in one of the lows of my journey it was uplifting to hear I am not alone in these thoughts. The problem is Kevin has been very wrong on his stock picks, his macro forecasts, inflation being transitory, and has mocked the bears consistently (despite their many correct predictions) and, in fact, put them all in the same bag as though they don't think independently with unique reasons for their forecasts. Kevin's value is in entertainment and breaking down the reports of big institutions like JP Morgan and GS, etc. For forecast accuracy, I think the record shows he has been subpar relative to some of his competition. In the end, it's easy to make money in a giant credit bubble, especially in Real Estate. The hard part is you still have to bust your butt and he certainly has done that.

$3m citations are at 10-15 thousand hours at 24-30 years old. These are BEAT up work horses that can't even be financed anymore. Not that you'd need to; you'd just buy it cash. So yes that'd free up monthly interest payments, but how much more maintenance? Many of these aren't even on programs anymore - yikes. No, I'm not part of a jet service or jet share service.

Hey kevin, there is one other aspect that you should focus on and ofcourse it is up to you and it is your well-being. I know you are a brute and a robot in terms of work, but your body is clearly stressed and overworked from taking too many projects on in a short period of time. It shows when you go off on people asking stupid questions that might take up your precious time and you end up taking it out on them. You are "allowed" to give some rest to your body. Try to take some time off if you can, not on a schedule but when you know you need it. Your well-being is the most important aspact to your investors and audiences. Thank you kevin.

They raised cash to buy houses to fix and rent out. If cash is not being used, it is invested in treasury bonds I think, though I think they are on money market accounts with above 4% yield now. So, it is making money even if they were not buying houses.

A good lesson is if you were starting from scratch with your aim in mind. What would you write down to do/ add. All those items or jobs that haven’t been added. Stop them or remove them from what you are doing. If you are doing anything just for your ego, then that’s a good place to start. 😊

Kevin, have you considered Netjets (Warren Buffet's fractional private jet charter ownership company) instead of managing entire private jet operations/logistics yourself? Much cheaper and many of the same perks. I'm unsure if you would be able to travel as frequently/flexibly/unrestricted but it definitely beats commercial flights and it would save a ton of money and mental energy (that could be delegated into other projects) so even losing a little flexibility could be worthwhile. Edit: maybe do a cost/ benefit analysis of what you would lose using Netjets to your current situation. I think the gain in the money and mental capacity would be worth some of the loss in time and flexibility. You can't get every opportunity even if you hired a 1000 people - you would just end up focusing more energy on managing that entity efficiently to hope they find what you need rather than doing it yourself. Some opportunity cost between delegation (e.g. netjets/ private jet ownership, hiring employees/doing it yourself) must be chosen. It's the cost (and limitation) of scaling

I have tried Net Jets. NJ works out to about $14,400 per functional flight hour. My flights this year would have cost $5.7m. I've saved $3m with my own plane so far.

Having a jet is a tool, an expensive leverage. In the hands of business use only, by saving time and getting deals done then it will pay for it use. However it can be just like taking on debt. Its a two sided knife that can either provide a business benefit, or cause a business loss. Owning a jet can take your breath away when it comes to expense and no mater if you use it or not. The fixed cost continue, so you need to use it a lot. Hope it works out for you. A jet is not my first choice when a single engine turboprop could serve better with less expense.

Hi Kevin. You usually not replying to comments, hopefully you'll read it. Your channel was best in 2021. Not only you posted much more contents, but also you had those 10 mins videos rather than almost only live shows which are harder to attend and sometime include much time that isn't as intereseting. My recommendation to you is to go back to what you did in 2021, post a few video clips per day that are well titled. In my opinion that was best. Also, in 2021 you did much more stock analysis videos (tesla, enph and others) - it'll be great if you can go back to that too.

A new Kevin video each day. And you know what happens if I miss a video? I don’t go watch it. Why? Because there will be 5 more the within 24 hrs. There is an oversupply issue. I think topical videos, without the inflammatory title, (that most finance KZbinrs have exhausted us with because the content they provide doesn’t deliver from the title expectations), would appeal to the masses more.
