10:06 this comes from my experience... of being planted in the dark underworld (very different than the darkness of the "innerworld" - like of depression): its very cold. trying to even wish for warth creates turbulence. it's a world where being cold is the way you travel-traverse-move in it. the enthusiasm (for moving-exploring the underworld) is a very different beast... a cold bodied (?) beast.

I like your suggestion about honesty being more important than gratitude. It is wonderful to observe and acknowledge gratitude if that is how you are really feeling, but if it's not, be honest instead of faking it, like toxic or fake positivity.

Pile 2. Beautiful pearly card drew my eye in. As a Cancerian, pearl is one of my birthstones. And poof! A spider on the other side! Spiders have always been drawn to me (was afraid as a child, but managed to grow out of it and accept that they are trying to tell me something). That being said, you haven't overshared by any means. The experience of others is validating to those of us in the same boat. Much to do, but one step at a time.

Pile 3- I love my friends, but I do feel like my political beliefs are quite different, and I accept my friends for their beliefs.However it is stressful knowing I have to be careful how I phrase things. I literally had a seizure when I felt on the spot. I don't want to lose my friends because they are lovely and we do have things in common. I just don't trust the unconditional love I have for them would be extended to me. Pile 4 started playing while writing this.

7:23 i realised - when you said, "are there any messages to uplift the pile" - that instead of feeling an uplift, i had been feeling a sinking from the start. when i realised that, this showed up: what if the sinking is the upliftment? (sinking into the underworld, the inner ocean, the subconscious) sinking... simply... gently (?) like stone, rather than like a drowning human... ??? 🤔
