Be careful of letting friends/family members live with you and they are not willing to get a job, pay rent on time or not at all. Be careful of letting anyone live with you if you didn't feel them out first. People come with habits whether it be drug$, relationship problems, and even the people they associate with can be a source of a problem to you. And if they bring that to your home with them, that can disturb your peace. Things can go missing, broken, strangers in your home, miscellaneous people pop up around your home, etc. Even if they are trying to get better it could still be a trap. So the best thing is to set boundaries and rules with family/friends. It's necessary even if they don't like it. And when you do this and hold them accountable they try to gaslight you and use reverse psychology to make you look like the bad guy. I'll be honest some people you just should not live with, even if you love them and they are family. Tough love is the answer sometimes.
