The Blob also appears once for a slight moment in the Ruin DLC, which is an important detail, because it makes him for sure canon. But this video was probably released before the Ruin DLC, so it wasn't mentioned.

I've heard people call the Blob Tangle, do you know where this comes from? Because it's confusing to have 2 characters called Tangle.

Tanglr comes from the name of the Blob's tentacles, and how every instance of the blob's influence in Ruin is referred to by the name Tangle, so it's likely Tangle is the True Name.

If I got a dollar for every time fnaf world introduced a new mangle adjacent character only for a different character later on share the same name I would have two dollars which isn't much but it is weird that it has happened twice

I think it's a cool idea, though I think having it be Funtime Freddy makes the connection to Molten Freddy easier

surprisingly enough I have gotten used to calling him or them the Blob but his new name which is cannon Tangle I'm still getting use to the name in which it's getting better but every time I google them I still have to type in the Blob because the name Tangle was used for a flipside version of Mangle so... yeah
