Hey you might read this. My understanding of Athena ult with aspect is that the increased damage is only while channeling it. So like once you land there is no more increased damage at all. Its better in team fights. Maybe I read it wrong.

Bracer I can understand because you get +60 basic attack power added (+10 per hit, 6 stacks max) and the 20% INT basic attack scaling. Now typhons, I'm assuming he built mostly for the 35% lifesteal. It's not worth it, but at least with bracer it can be worth it. Well, at least viable. I'd still rather have any STR item instead.
