Thanks for sharing. A recipe for champurrado is something I know I need. I developed a way to cook it with my Trangia cook set. The outdoors offer an extra layer of flavour to the experience. Currently we have about 50° F. So no snow in the woods.

I never even considered all that. I thought everyone just dissolved a disc of chocolate in the warm milk and either blend it or froth it and ur done. Ive never seen or had it with that piloncillo and evaporated milk mixture. Guess ill have to try it now
