The way the chords change in just the right (wrong?) ways to feel all fuzzy and nice, something 12-tone ET compositions might just miss out on. Most microtonal music I've heard feels like it was written without enjoyment of the listener in mind - no resolution or tension-release, not sure what really - but this was really nice as a song in its own right, the microtonal being a bonus. Maybe because it's in the title, it gives the listener a chance to prepare for the weirdness, but it really worked wonders for this tune in particular!

What makes this such a success (to me) is that this is genuinely a pleasure to listen to. The means and fetishism of gear, fetishism of microtonal scales can be enjoyed in the video- but I can listen to this as "normal" music because effort has been made to make it pleasurable.

I am realising why it might feel 'jarring' for some but I also realised it sounded so similar to multiple pieces of media I have either watched, listened to or played. Thanks! I know 27-tet is not very common. At first, it was just a nice and convenient choice to play with my small midi-controller, and I finally enjoyed the possibilities! And yes, you are more than welcome to transcribe this piece!
