Animation is...much harder than it looks, I've got a ton of respect for all the great animators on KZbin, and I hope that someday I'll be able to make some art like a lot of y'all are pulling off.

Alright, I didn't realize this was happening but I'm making this new pinned comment in response to some comments I just now saw on this video, and it's also been copy-pasted to everyone who was fighting in the comments. This is a cookie cutter copy paste, if you want to try and change my mind you're welcome to try it ain't gonna happen. 1) Kindly please stop referring to "the Moonkitti video". Because I have seen it, and I've also seen her followup video in which she explicitly asks people to STOP REFERRING TO HER VIDEO. 2) As I've stated in several replies on this video, yes, Bramblestar screwed up multiple times. Yes, he was a jerk. So. Was. Firestar. So. Was. Crowfeather. The Erins don't really seem to know how to write a long-lasting relationship in which the guy doesn't have a massive screwup of some kind. Sometimes the guy decides to hang out with his brother even though his kinda-girlfriend at the time thinks its a bad idea, sometimes the guy decides that his ghost crush is more important than his living wife. 3) Being with Ashfur instead of Bramble wasn't going to stop him from being a psychopath. Have any of you seen the show Dexter? Guy sees his mother brutally murdered and ends up becoming a serial killer with no emotions. Who else saw his mother brutally killed? Yes, Bramblestar saw Tigerstar slit in half, but he also had cats around him to support him and help him recover. His father was also a killer, traitor, hypocrite, etc, while Brindleface was a gentle caring loving queen. Who supported child Ashfur? It certainly wasn't Firestar who immediately after decided to let the child run in a relay race of death. Which means Ashfur was traumatized and got no therapy and we know he hid anything he might have been feeling, and certainly was feeling, and repressing violent thoughts is never a good idea. 4) a guy doesn't wake up one day and decide "ya know what, im sick of my crush dating that other guy im going to go kill her children" clearly the fire wasn't planned, but the fact that he was ready to use it to his advantage means Ashfur had been planning to do something, probably for quite a while. 5) Outside of Squirrelflight, entirely unrelated to her, Ashfur helped attempt to orchestrate Firestar's death. While we know very little about how much he may have agreed with Hawkfrost, Ashfur is still confirmed as the cat that helped set up the trap that almost killed his leader. A "normal healthy guy who would be perfect for romance" does not do this. 6) I will not argue, that Squilf deserved better. Honestly, yeah she did. But the Erins chose to give her two options for a romance; a guy who is a screwup, was a bit of a jerk but did ask for her to forgive him, or a guy who was a literal sociopathic killer. These are the options we are given, and of the two, I'm going to take the guy who doesn't go around plotting to kill people. 7) Finally, I respect that y'all have your own opinions. This is a cookie cutter reply that's getting @ed to literally everyone in the comments of this video who was arguing about Bramble/Ash AFTER I made an initial response. I respect your opinions, and I ask that you respect mine. I'm not anti Ashfur, the guy was a great villain...up until the end, I haven't read the last book of vision of shadows yet but from what I've heard it gives me some concern. But a shadow villain who was living under Thunderclan's noses? a literal mole??? BRO I LOVE THOSE GIVE ME MORE ERINS. But I *am* anti AshfurxSquirrelflight. You want to say Squilf deserved better than Bramble? Then stop looking at the only option that the Erins gave us. I happen to like Squilf and Bramble as a pair, but you know what? What about Squilf and Smokepaw (Shadowclan apprentice during the time of TNP) or Squilf and Stormfur, hey maybe even Squilf and Rainwhisker. What about Squilf staying single for her entire life and claiming that she had a passing fling with a kitty pet to cover for her sister's kits? There are more than two options for every problem. This is literally False Dichotomy. If you don't know what that means, look it up. Thanks for coming to my speech, if you made it this far, congratulations, have a cookie ^w^

FINALLY SOMEONE WHO DOESNT SEE BRAMBLESTAR AS A JERK I can not tell you how dissapointing it is to see people only focused on his bad traits rather then seeing him for his good ones overall I just wanna congratulate you on such a wonderful job Can't wait to see what the future holds peace, love, and cats BRAMBLESTAR FOREVER!!!!

Sorry for waiting a bit to answer but I was minimizing my screen time yesterday to spend time with my family ^^ But thank you! It really discourages me that so many people see Bramblestar only for what the Erins have "painted" him as. But really, they haven't even. It's called Character development people. Yes, Warriors doesn't have much of it, but I will say that they at least try. Bramblestar has his issues, what person doesn't? but the man loves Squirrelflight. He was *devastated* when the truth about Lion/Jay/Holly came out, and even after it all happened, he still kept Holly's involvement a secret, because he still loved her as a daughter and wanted her memory to be cherished, and not hated like his dad. And really, what do the clans expect. They treat this child like he's the devil incarnate until about halfway through his apprenticeship, and then oh wait...he's gOOD? Guess we'd better treat him kindly. Too bad it's already too late for his mental state. Anyways, thank you so much for your kind words! 💛 Hopefully the future holds more amvs and all sorts of great things

You…realize Ashfur was a homocidal cat who attempted murder, attempted blackmail. Became so obsessed with his crush that he got her husband killed so that he could possess the body? The man was a yandere. I’m not saying you can’t ship it, I know people do and I respect that decision. But Ash was traumatized by his mother’s murder as a child and it screwed with him. In a world where Brindlefacr didn’t die and Firestar didn’t let him participate in the dog run, maybe he would have turned out a more gentle nonviolent cat. But everything that happened to him essentially turned him into Dexter from the crime show of the same name.

@@JaymeDraws at least for me, you can know I find this amazing with I don’t know what to say. Such a cool art style and idea of showing Brambleclaw as the good cat we all love (besides whatever opinion ppl have of his canon character, which really isn’t that good in the new arcs in my opinion), at least he was good sometime and there’s still good in him.

I honestly hate the bramblexsquirrel ship as when sqilf was born Bramble was already a senior apperentice. i am not hating 0n this video but personally I really wish that Bramble was more of a brother figure to Squirrel as I beleive that would have made the releationship stronger. I really loved the ashxsquirrel because they were the same age and Ash was pretty good until Squirrel basically used him. Again just my opinion.
