Lovely model very good engineering. Must have been a skilled engineer with a lot of patience. Them rivets would drive me insane alone. It seems the patience ran out which is a shame but I’m sure you will get it to a brilliant standard.

Also the gland behind the piston is leaking slightly you can see the oil bubbling but that’s pretty standard

There is a tiny leak around the piston rod gland, kit probably needs tightening }:-)))

With the combination of good and bad engineering it seems like maybe 2 different people worked on this traction engine before you got it
