are you open to constructive criticism of this clip?

You have repeatedly shown you don’t have a strong enough understanding of music to criticize anything.

@@TenThumbsProductions yes, as I said, I am learning music theory and do not have enough understanding. I would not watch your clips if I knew everything. The problem is that you and other bloggers do not explain too much. If I ask questions it does not mean that I am rude or wanted to humiliate you. I still have a few questions/comments about this clip, but it sounds like you are not willing to answer.

@@mikhaild8047 “this isn’t A minor, this is C major.” That is not a question. The problem is your attitude buddy.

@@TenThumbsProductionsExcellent point! This is exactly the problem of my understanding of your approach. What is wrong with that statement? In classic music theory major scale is a bunch of Wholе and Half intervals, like WWHWWWH. This is exactly what you show in the 1st box from C4 to C5. Then, if it is moved in cycle at some imagination it can be named as Am. But, in the same box you may play notes from A3 to A4 and it is going to be classic Am scale, right? So, the question is why do you prefer one scale over another, and why do you name it as Am? It looks like it depends on melody - how often sounds note A or C, right?

@@mikhaild8047 scales mostly depend on resolution. How you finish them. Also the harmony you play over, so if you finish on the A you will hear the minor qualities, if you resolve on the C you will hear the major qualities.
