This epic monolith (instantly) inspired me to make my own! I made one at the top of a nearby mountain from my base I made it out of quartz as the main block, split down the middle with some glow stone, and a triangle red stone design lined with glow stone on all sides in the middle almost like one of those cartoonish golden amulets that had a red jewel

That's what I was gonna say so I looked through the comments knowing that someone else would have said it already. :) That thing just calls out for a warden! The people of this world were harassed by the warden for years. It couldn't be killed but they finally captured it. It was so dangerous they had to put it in a monolith far up in the sky where it has remained for generations. Many were killed hoisting it up to the monolith and are still remembered as heroes.

But guys, marloe is a chill guy he is no speedrunner. Imagine you flying with elytra and the warden does 2x 360's and snipes you with a sonic boom

maaan lots of builds done in that episode ! The monolith looks spectacular ! About the trees, I liked it more when they were on only one side of the road - I agree that it did needed to go deeper towards the bridge like you added, but one side being an open field really had a nice feel to it I think. Looks great either way though !
@ItsMarloe5 ай бұрын
Ahh man now you describe it like it I think I would’ve preferred it more! Might have to do some chopping! Thank you dude :)

Some suggestions: The full blocks along the path of the bridge on either edge that block your view but keep you from falling off? Change them to stairs and half slabs where appropriate to give you a better view while still keeping you safe on the bridge. Consider maybe an elevator or a grand stairway just off to the side of the tunnel deep within the mountain IF/where it passes beneath your base. This will connect the rest of your base with the path to the monolith. Don't build it *in/on* the tunnel though, so the tunnel remains a clear path through should you need it to be a path through in the future. Then you can wall off the 'pointless' end of the tunnel for now, pretend that it was always just to connect to the elevator, and have a tunnel waiting for you if you ever want to build on the other side. Small fallen chunks littered around the base. There are pieces missing from the exterior walls, where did those pieces go? Maybe even one or two that rolled down into the valley.

always speechless watching your vids omg, the fact that the monolith bottom pieces fit like a puzzle !! the amt of effort you put into these does not go unnoticed !!
@johnmorris86215 ай бұрын
Where to begin? Well, it all looks awesome, simply. In terms of the forest I think a less dense forest would look good as well giving players an option. Secondly you have created a build which has more pathing opportunities. I could definitely see a small path intersecting the existing path on the valley floor and leading under the bridge. The circular hole in the monument made me see it as more of a vault for some reason. I think you gave yourself plenty of room to build some sort of protected artifact in there This is starting to sound like my catch phrase but here goes: Keep up the good work!
@ItsMarloe5 ай бұрын
Oohhh I like that idea! I’ll have to have a think about that! Thank you :)

I would have put a light source in the monolith instead of the zombie, maybe also a beacon, just below where it “breaks” going all the way through and piercing the monolith or maybe having it stop and not pierce the monolith.

@@sonicanon2434 I am not interested in TekTopia nowadays and this foolish reply was the reason I hesitated for months telling him to try acting like how youtube wants him to act. The "if possible" seems to be difficult for you to comprehend I guess...No! It was actually difficult for you to comprehend the "if possible" and that is clear. His LP style is one of my favorite styles and I never said about changing it. But he must improve at other fields, he must write proper titles to gain traction on youtube and make it appealling to his own fans and those who may get his videos in recommendations. Adding intro and outro is meh for most fans and I dont personally like it but youtube loves it, adding intros and outros would also allow his videos to be appealing to the algorithm of youtube which would ultimately decide if to recommend the video or not.
