not professionallydone the wardrobe hasn’t made her look like herself, this suit did it for me though. They hit it on the nail here, with the whole outfit and accessories, they’ve been making her look too old, and it’s been like watching a child play dress up. I only want to see her be better and do better on this show, so I don’t men it to be judgmental, but she hasn’t looked very great in this show.

@Savannah Comedians typically write their own jokes, so no- late night show hosts are typically not comedians. But a preqisite for being a talk show is typically being able to deliver the lines in a humorous manner. Not only that, but add funny pop comments in between written jokes and during interviews. I think most would agree that Lilly is not good at delivering funny lines nor able to be clever and funny off the cuff. Thus, this is the result. A poor audience reaction.

This was a very cute & creative segment... While some monologues throughout this show have been good, some bad, and some average, but this video clip was interesting.... And I haven't seen or heard of other shows doing this... I don't entirely hate this show *_((for how much it has been roasted on KZbin)),_* but i guess that with some monologues in the other episodes, lily singh just got carried away and made over those top gestures, boasted herself, and resorted to those weird double meaning jokes, none of which went with her personality, and which also threw you off as a viewer... What does go with her are Self deprecating jokes, or jokes where she presents herself as a cringe individual, or jokes where she describes stressful situations and her weird responses/reactions towards them. This was how I felt when in one episode she spoke about her experience of being a vegetarian, and when in another episode she also described her house as a playground and elaborated on the fear of serial killers that came with living alone... This show also had a running segment throughout one of its seasons "save it or shred it", I watched 4-5 video clips centered around it and it caught my eye the most.... Like that segment was quite engaging & creative -- her comfort level with her writers, their excitement and/or defensiveness when their jokes were called out, and the audience getting to have a say on what was to be done with those jokes! I also liked "shots caller" segment. *I mean I was someone who didn't even know about this show, I literally learnt about it from the roast videos of other KZbinrs -- and somewhere I do see where they came from -- BUT* this show wasn't entirely cringey/boring, and there were some new ideas that were used throughout this show as well... *This show was creative, experimentative, and engaging ((based on how many ever videos I could watch)) -- But I rate it 6.5 on 10.* Because some jokes/gestures just don't go with her -- and they tend to dominate her monologues at times. *I watched only 7-10 video clips with each being 4-5 minutes long.*
