A most beautiful Filipina granted me an interview, but little did I know that she had an amazing story to tell - she's much more than just a beautiful face! Most Filipinas grow up in the province, and many of them stay their entire lives, but this Filipina left home at the age of 11 to pursue her dreams. Let her tell us what it's like to be a most beautiful Filipina - with a mission!

@@TheFilipinaPeaPlease allow me to reiterate that Marisol said at a very young age she wanted and was determined to marry a Foreigner. That promise to herself was the motivating factor that caused her to leave her poor province and move to the city. Her dream to marry a foreigner was her driving force. So I say again the old foreigner does serve a purpose to help save/rescue the very poor province Filipinas and their families. He was 45 and she was 18. Let's do the math: he's got the money and she's got "the Beaver"🤗! An even swop ain't no swindle! I'm just saying!🤔🤨😉

Just be wise in your choice. There are millions of province girls but not all of them are like Pea or Marisol. In my opinion there are many that just accept their life and dont think for themselves anymore but just live in the moment. Dont be blinded by beauty, they all are. Find the one who is studying and working hard before you met her and keeps doing so regardless your money. Or if you rich someone who works hard in the house and tries to improve for you and not just become lazy and asks for maids or you to do everything.

In defense to those 15 year old girls it’s the environment we are exposed that our peers use fowl language. I had to adapt to that type of language coming from the Philippines to the US. I didn’t start swearing til I got into high school or in college due to my language learning English still not yet perfected. Learning English was difficult. Struggled learning and understanding the words. But living in the US for a long time I’ve mastered written and speaking. It just took time to adapt to train your brain to have English as the primary language.

I am from the United States and come from a working class background (father was a carpenter). However, I was absolutely stunned to hear you both talk about your childhoods and the enormous responsibilities that you both had growing up. I left home before 18 but I am shocked to hear this story of leaving home at such a young age. As I hear this, I am mentally comparing you 2 women to western women. Here is my open question. Is your background similar to other Filipina women? If it is, could this go a long way of explaining the incredible difference in how Filipina women and western women view older foreign men? Western women essentially see older males as throw aways, that they have no value. Filipina women, on the other hand, value older males more than younger men. There are no western women I have ever come in contact that would even remotely come close to either of you in background.

Always a literal laugh out loud moment at the end of every video, Pea! Brilliant. What an inspiring story! It reminds me of stories in early America, the stories of my grandparents generation and before. My wife, Bing, was living in the mountains of Mindanao, hunting fish with spears and birds with slingshots until government authorities instructed the non English speaking "natives" to become educated. By third grade she skipped a grade and by high school she became valedictorian. After receiving two scholarships she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in English. Ultimately, she lived in Switzerland working at Sandos Pharmaceuticals for fifteen years, learning European languages in the process. After returning to the Philippines I was the lucky man who met this gem of a woman! I can't wait to hear part 2 of this inspiringstory (and more of your experiences with it, as well Pea!). I really like the variation in the discussion. As an a American born and raised there, I sometimes hear people here in the US saying that they can’t understand the accent so I step in as interpreter (depending on how they come across). I appreciate the attitudes found in the provinces, especially the sense of fulfillment part, which I find healthy while being practical. My upbringing there probably explains why I find Spanish mestiza’s super attractive. Thanks for bridging a little bit of home back to the states!

That's exactly what I say to people about dogs. First you build trust and respect, then comes love. I deal with a lot of dogs that have been abused or neglected and they often have difficulty trusting new people... but people are always in a rush. They want the dog to like them so they push to far too soon. They want the dog to wiggle and wag when they see them because it makes the people feel good about themselves. However if a person tries too hard with a dog the dog will have a much harder time trusting them and it will take much longer or may never happen at all. Show them that you respect the way they feel. Be someone that they want to get behind and follow, and they will come to you in their own time. At times you have to show them that you can handle them at their worst and if you do this in a calm loving manner, they will build respect for you as well. It's very mutual and people are no different, except that animals are much better at listening to their instincts.

I always just tell them not to worry because your English is much better than my Bisaya. I am now living in the Philippines with my wife and I always appreciate your videos and interviews. Keep up the good content

If you go to Australia, England, Ireland and even in the southern states in the US the english accent is different. In Asia India has also a different accent almost patterned to England. The Philippines has a neutral accent that the west can understand. That’s why its the number 1 call center of the world. Its also called BPO business- Business Process Outsourcing.

After my subconscious had some time to digest this, my bullshit detector is going off. I must qualify this as my evaluation that could be wrong, and maybe there are significant differences with Filipinas that I do not understand, but I still think something is off. Guys don't typically go full psycho while they have hope and their delusions are still possible. They could when they know they are in a bad situation and there is nothing they can do about it. I doubt the "I'm an innocent victim that doesn't think I'm pretty" story. I don't know the real story and whatever it is, it doesn't justify what happened; but I think there are significant details that she's leaving out.

I learned to NEVER make fun of some one who speaks English poorly...Because it means they speak more than ONE language, which most people can't do properly. But, I think the late Sam Kinison said it best, "If you don't trust the p@$$y...Why are you phucking the p@$$y?"...lol.

Wow Pea this has to be the most impactful and meaningful video you have ever produced. I see so much mutual respect between yourself and Maricell. That understanding and empathy comes from a shared struggle that has evolved into a success story for both of you. I have never seen you interview a fellow filipina or a foreign guy where you have been at times awestruck until now. Maricel is undoubtedly a remarkable young woman as are you. From my perspective as someone who has travelled extensively all I can say is that you are both remarkable human beings who should be immensely proud of your respective achievements. You both display humility and even downplay what you have both been able to achieve in a really short time but it has to be said that both you and Maricel are the epitome of what it is to struggle from adversity to true independence. Thank you for interviewing this remarkable lady as she is someone who can look you in the eye and match you which is an extremely rare event.

Pea - great story. I love your outfit and the thigh showing is real class too. Of course the questions are the best as well. Your intelligence shines through beautifully. Thank you. ____________________________ The jealousy question. Men are the provider and protector of the family and wife. Women protect the man from other women by their jealousy. Women also protect the home but by keeping out "extra women" that are not going to improve the love and happiness. It is in how you see it and use it. If the woman is encouraged in her jealousy to be positive in the way she expresses it, she will draw her husband to herself and the children with increasing strength. Jealousy can be her powerful motivator.

Wow Pea, what a story, looking forward to pt 2. About the accent, my filipina wife and I have some good laughs about it here in Florida. Two examples.. years ago she cleaned house for a few of my customers. They were talking about changing the bed sheets, and of course her filipina tounge says bed sh*ts : ) My customer immediately looked at me for an explanation. Another time she was with her filipina friend talking about the best sights to see, my wife mentioned the beautiful beaches here, and of course her tounge said beautiful b*tches. In America, this beautiful lady would probably be very arrogant and fake 🤥, but because of her upbringing and culture, she's very humble. I hope to have the honor of meeting you sometime in the future. Thanks so very much for your honest videos, and your sweet and loving way of dealing with people, be they down and out or be they on top of the world you are the most loving and sweet gal on video. Thank you for everything and for keeping us foreigners informed of the good, the bad and the ugly in your country. I'm even more interested in watching video blogs from reputable people in the Philippines because I'm going to marry a beautiful Filipina, and all the information that's put out from you and many others all corroborates the same fact that for the most part the Philippines is a wonderful safe country with sweet loving people and just an amazing culture. I want to bring my future wife's family to America so they have more opportunities, but I also want to start a Filipino and American partnership over there with her family that will still live there and help employees at a good wage and have some health Care taken care of for them and vacation days etc. God bless you and be safe always Pea.

Trust and respect should only be extended to trustworthy people who have earned respect. If you don't embody those characteristics yourself, how can you judge. Primarily, it is modeled by the parents and family. And, easily enough, you guys are supposed to Catholic and supposed to be hearing that reliance on God and His Word is the foundation. Since both of you confuse your adventurous attitudes with humility towards God, you are not the people to be giving advice on healthy relationships. How big a banana do you like? That is the wrong topic. How faithfully do you attend to your spiritual life? What directions is God taking you in? How do you live your life to the purpose to which God has purposed you? Good luck getting subscribers to as channel such as this. How much did you pray for guidance in your own lives? Or did you just launch out into the life you chose for yourselves? How long did you wait on God to open doors for you in the path that he chose for you?

Many _Westerners_ need to be careful dealing with Westerners. The social and ethical mores we took for granted growing up have disintegrated to the point where I don't know _who_ to trust, and have lost an ability to size people up before risking any type of intimate friendship or relationship.

So your comment if one does not have good family structure, men are not a good choice with your comment "making sure that they have good character and good family structure". That is sad you would feel this way as I am a product of a broken home, put myself through college, started a company and lead a good ethical life. I put everything into my mate with love, caring, attention as I do not have it from my abusive family. I enjoy supporting my mate and treating her well, so I would respectfully get you to reconsider your comment as children we do not have a choice of family dynamics, so family structure is moot as we age and it is all bout, as you said, good character alone.

Trust is an "about face" IN other words trusted people always show public evidence of that trust; for example if a woman is faithful to her husband, why are the windows open when she is taking off her clothes?, why is she all giggly and blushful around certain friends of mine?. Why are too many things none of my business? why didn't she tell me she had lunch with her Boss? I'm very personal about my Woman, I want total respect and evidence of 0 reasons for any man to think he can snatch what is mine.. This is the cost of alot of Divorce in America, Beautiful women in the US keep all their former social rights, but a man has to give up all of his

That’s something I also found interesting. My Filipina is about ten years older than these two with very similar backgrounds and I noticed that the Pea pretty much speaks English in an American accent, that Maricel definitely has a Vasayan accent though not a strong one (and did I hear correctly Maricel has lived in the States?). My wife has been living in the U.S. in an area where there are few Filipinos for 18 years now and she still has an accent . It’s interesting that the one who hasn’t been to the U.S. has the American accent.

Marisol is indeed a beautiful woman, as are you Pea, and I believe the next portion of this video will be very much of a impact for the audience. Chemistry of attraction VS a long term mutually nurtured relationship. Trust Respect and admiration of personage are what nurtures the relationship. (Person aka body, personage mentality and spirituality of the one within that body, their character) Chemistry of attraction burns hot and fast, once gone there’s nothing holding the relationship together. love grows and needs care. Like a garden stop watering and feeding the plants needs then they will not reach full potential or may even die.

Pea: The Karens of the west wonder why men leave for the Philippines, This is why! Women in your country know where to draw the line when it comes to being independent. Maricel is the shining example of what an independent woman is. Take charge of her life on her terms, but still, desires deep down inside what type of relationship she wants in her life to complete her goals for herself. Don't get me wrong and think that she needs a man to complete her, but she follows her dreams of finding her ideal person to marry. There is a big difference in each statement. Maricel is the type of woman, that women here in the west should take an example from, work hard and smart, press forward towards their dreams, goals, and aspirations, and all the while being open to sharing their life with someone. She really has been through the "school of hard knocks" and here in the west, it is usually the best teacher. Those are the lessons that are very hard to forget. It is remarkable how most women in your culture can have such hardships and still go on with an attitude of "The sun will smile on me tomorrow, and I will smile back!" And it is that attitude, that most men from all around the world flock toward, and it is just as funny that the women that complain about the men leaving don't understand what they are going towards. Or they just don't want to understand. Waiting four days for the conclusion of this interview is going to be like sitting on a pin cushion. Great work so far on this interview Pea, you've got a real gem here!
