Bc NATO does not want it, they don't want an escalation of war - not to other countries and not bc of nuclear threat! As of USA, defense minister already in march 2022 made clear that they only want to weaken Russia but not completely defeat or collapse of it. That makes geopolitically sense, bc a collapse of Russia would automatically mean a great gain for China, what it is not in US interest at all.

If one didn’t know any better, one would have to conclude that the Russians planted some sort of explosive in the lower level of the building and it must’ve been a few of them to destroy the support columns of the lower level to bring down the building and the logic behind this is that you can clearly see an explosion coming out from the lower Level of the building and nothing is seen falling from the sky or coming in from any angle no drones no rockets nothing, it is as if the building exploded from the inside out, if this was a Russian glide bomb, which it could be there are reports of malfunctions in Russian aircraft, dropping these bombs where they release prematurely due to mechanical failures on Russian carrying these bombs due to sanctions being imposed on Russia to the point that they are modifying the Jets to carry all types of munitions with whatever they have and in doing so maybe jeopardizing and causing the death of its own population and we also have to remember that Putin will kill as many Russians as he deems fit and then point the finger at Ukraine, when in fact, Ukraine had nothing to do with it, we have to remember that Ukraine is doing everything everything possible not to attack civilian infrastructure. It is only going after military, this is out of character when it comes to the Ukrainians, one of two things the Russians planted a bomb in the building or they dropped a glide bomb, which is very difficult to see in the video.

The large puff as the explosion goes off suggests that there is incomplete combustion, which is most likely to in these occasions, to be down to a less efficient low quality explosive. A dirty bomb essentially.

This wouldn't be the first time the russian airforce dropped bombs by accident on russian cities. This seems likely at least at first glance. Either way the whole world knows how they'll exploit the event regardless of the truth of it. But I think it was in Belgorod when they accidentally bombed a plaza in 2023 if memory serves. There is an air route above the city after all.
