Great question, and there is no easy answer. But for the most part, younger tends to be south, but most people look at the squares or areas they want to be near, so really depends on what area ya like the best, they are all a little different

I can’t believe you’re moving. You did so much work to your home but that’s a good thing because it probably sell faster. Here’s the funny part. After, over 25 years (I’m 60) I’m selling my townhouse and literally moving a block over to a single home. I’m kind of doing it in reverse. I needed a change. I figure I should give it a try. Hi Sue, the house sold. No HOA fee but we do have a monthly amenities fee about 199 a month and an annual CDD fee of a few hundred bucks but can’t remember exactly
