We cannot judge anyone.Just now they started to exploring hinduism and trying to understand the truth. "One ounce of practice is worth twenty thousand tons of big talk". if they start any knid of meditation (Breath watching/Manthra Meditation/Transcendental meditation/Sadhguru Isha Kriya,Inner engineering) then they will know themselves, what are said in Upanisad/Vedas/Gita are True.Unless we make it a reality (Realize the god by ourselves), We will stuck in belief systems.

Sadhguru speaks more from the yogic perspective where one tries to gain complete control of their body and mind. If you can get rid of all distractions and focus on the essence of life, you can reach the same spiritual goal as the other paths. The thing is Sadhguru does not identify with any religion; and while he talks in a very simple and obvious way when interacting with others, he preaches yogic mudras and meditations; and is also known for performing several mystical/occult practices pertaining to Lord Shiva(Adiyogi). This has led to people confusing him of preaching his own teachings while he is clearly following the Indian yogic tradition with some Tantric and Kundalini practices. One needs to understand that in the Indian culture, we have always valued the people with real experience over scriptures, even if we do not completely agree with what they say.
