I found the same fan on ebay. Had to wait 3 weeks to get it from China though. I have been using it on my round kerosene heater. Makes a huge difference in how fast my garage heaters up. I have to make sure it is pulling in cool air and blowing it over top of heater. Otherwise it will overheat. Good idea for using it on the buddy heater.

How long does mini propane last? Hours please
@buithuc2848 Жыл бұрын
Easy to use right out the box kzbin.infoUgkxAvrAfikbUEMthp3AZ6iX5FKdiHfzy_RP . Next step is to get a heat activated fan to move the heat. I'm impressed by how long it can go on 1 lbs of propane at the low setting which lasted more than 6hrs. You'll have to adjust it lower than the low setting. Used for personal heating at 30° to 50° at low setting in an open garage, it's quite comfortable. It would warm up a good size single car garage if its closed off.

So.....I bought the exact little fan for my Heater Buddy. Before this, I was using a small usb charged fan. First of all, it made a slight noise and had a light on it. Second, who wants to charge it or plug it into something? Y’all get it. We just camped and the temps went into the single digits with high winds. I knew I’d be warm in my 4-person tent regardless, but I was wondering how the fan would perform. I attach mine to the top of the buddy’s heat guard using a small set of channel locks (which get HOT, so get em tight and leave it). In about 40 seconds, those fans start silently and start pushing that hot air out into the tent. No warm air rising above the heater. The winds were beating our tents and I could literally put my hand out and feel the hot slight breeze across the room. Get a fan that can take the high temps of the heater and the design of this one with 8 blades is awesome. Thanks for the post......it really is why I picked this fan setup. 👍. Everyone try the little channel-locks way of attaching if it’s easier for y’all......it’s works great. Much Love.........
