When you talk about how people need to know themselves to know us, it makes me realize why most of my friendships are held at arms length. Why nobody ever reaches out to me first, except a select few. I’ve been recently realizing that I need to move myself into spaces where people are naturally looking to understand themselves more deeply in order to connect with them more. It’s almost like 90% or more of my interactions are superficial, and when I try to go deeper people have a tendency to either disregard what I have to say, or claim they understand and go off on a tangent about it intellectually, when in reality I know they don’t truly

Much love, lovely community! Been trying to rest and find my way through each layer of illusion and old programming within myself. Feeling a little tired but optimistic today! Really feeling pulled towards reiki healing, I want to learn. Feel I can do alot with that knowledge. I have been in hermit mode, working or creating art to just release ALOT of pain and tension. Sometimes i feel so stagnant, then others I know it's a season of rest for me after years of scrambling, surviving, and finding.

In doing that, I came across a message request from my stepgranddaughter from across the ocean, out of the blue. And at that moment I connected with her. It was so beautiful.
