Thanks for clearing this up. Was feeling pretty good after the escape but fully clear of the narc landlord couple. Lack mentality from family placed on me during my interview job search process lead to a resurgence of replaying the horrific final stand of traumatic abuse the landlord narc couple. I stood my ground firmly and even stopped a potential physical attack from the man towards me. It took a tremendous amount of energy to stand up during a several hour continuous attack. But I was ready for anything as I had to be. I have more release activities & Chakra rebalancing & journaling to move on. Literally feeling terrible 28:24 at the moment.
