The bad thing is if Noelle manage to kill someone she does not know the power of RESET. Thus when she does something in her perspective her actions are permanent. Just like a psyco. This also applies to Kris. I doubt that he remembers the load's too. But the SOUL or the player in this case remembers everything. That's why Kris got rid of the soul in the end. To prevent it to load into the world.
