[Making Kimchi Season]
1. Place broth with kelp, anchovies, dried pollack heads, shiitake mushrooms
2. Boil 4 cups broth and 4T of glutinous rice powder. (based on cabbage nebulizer)
3. Half a pear, half an apple, two onions, one cup of minced garlic, one ton of ginger, one cup of salted shrimp and one cup of anchovy sauce in a blender.
4. Mix 4 cups red pepper powder, glutinous rice broth and seasoning.
5. Add chives, chives, and radishes as desired.
(The above criteria can be increased or decreased depending on the size or preference of the cabbage.)
