Cooking recipe and ingredients:
Hello friends 🤗!
1.2 kg pink salmon.
Cut off the fins.
Cut off the tail.
make cuts.
50 ml vegetable oil.
1 teaspoon of salt.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon fish seasoning
juice of half a lemon.
Lubricate well from all sides and inside.
Cover with cling film and marinate for 30 minutes.
Cut 2 onions into rings.
Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
We cut the lemon.
A bunch of parsley.
4 tomatoes.
Salt.
60 grams of butter.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.
2 zucchini.
Salt.
Mix well and leave for 10 minutes.
Fill with water and rinse well.
We squeeze the zucchini.
Heat 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Cut 1 onion.
1 red pepper.
250 g cherry tomatoes.
Fry until soft over medium heat.
1/3 teaspoon adjika pepper.
1/2 teaspoon paprika.
A pinch of black pepper.
1 teaspoon coriander.
1 teaspoon sesame.
Chop 2 cloves of garlic.
Some parsley.
1/2 tablespoon vinegar (9%).
2 tablespoons soy sauce.
Mix well.
Put in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Our delicious dinner is ready.
