It's the default music for Dream Spacewalk, an event that takes place in the "Synchro Battle Galaxy," a mashup of Sky Station Galaxy and Good Egg Galaxy, in which you compete in teams of four to defeat Dino Piranha by positioning yourselves into shapes. Dream Spacewalk is the second Dream Event to take place in the Good Egg Galaxy after Dream Ski Jumping in _Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games_ , possibly the only video game ever where you don't die if you fall into a black hole!
