Also Stressing the bees is bad for them. Unfortunately Commercial beekeepers stress their bees in multiple ways because they want to maximize their profits and keep their costs down.

I have a hive In trying to save i bought a box and I set it news the swarm that hasn't left in 4 days. I'm trying to find how to get them in the box. Should I put some honey in the box?

The best way would be to try to find the queen, to put her in a queen cage and to move her into the new box. The rest of the bees would follow her shortly. Other options is to physically move the swarm to the box ( assuming you have the protective gear). Some add few droplets of lemon grass oil to the new boxes to attract bees. Honey may help too.
