The low points are really unbearable at times but the furthest it ever gets is ideation. Thank you for taking the time to respond, it means more than you can ever know. The only thing further that I can say about it is that isolation is a killer. If you are feeling desperate and need someone to reach out to, definitely do it. The people that really care will shine through. It’s always awkward to ask for help but it’s better than facing turmoil.

This message is going to liberate so many souls out there that are thirsty for the waters of a life well spent. It never seizes to amaze me that a part of me is moved and freed from bondage every time I commune here with you over all this time. I literally paused the video and had to say wow, when there was mention of how are parents aren’t to blame, for they taught you all that they know. Our ego may try to speak to us in the form of fears, but it’s just an old record trying to play back some old memories of the past. I am super invested in Powerlifting. It is a sport consisting of how much you can lift on the squat/bench/deadlift for one rep. It is my biggest Ambition and obsession. I am pretty good at it. And I want to pursue it to an Elite level. But the problem is it takes so much out of you to push for new maxes. It is hard to pursue this sport as well as pursue a career. I am thinking about becoming a police officer as it is an honorable career and I feel like I am well suited to be a police officer. I would be capable of keeping people safe and helping them when they need it. But at the same time, I fear it will take away my ability to become an Elite Powerlifter.
