I remember going to a game when that stadium first opened I was 4 at the time and I was completely blown away by how huge it was my family member kept their miller high life beer bottle from that event and didn't show me it til I was old enough to understand but what a day I will never forget.

From George Nemitz of Green Bay, Wisconsin, I can't wait to go and see the Milwaukee Brewers play and win a good game of baseball at the American Family Field this Saturday night. I'. excited.

County Stadium was a dump...but hey, the Brewers were terrible and it only cost $5 to sit in the bleachers and watch Richie Sexson smash home runs. Then Miller Park (as it will FOREVER be known) opened, and it was like going from driving a rusted out Chevette with no radio, to a brand new Rolls Royce. I couldn't believe how awesome and beautiful that place was the first time I walked through it. Even more than 20 years later, it's still an amazing place to watch a game.

This is single handedly the most early 2000s thing ever I was born in 2003, and I can remember things being like this, so cheesy, but cheesiness is what I love about the 2000s.

It's odd, this video plays almost like a late 80s/early 90s corporate video but it was made in 2001!

I was 3 when Miller Park first opened and we lived in the neighborhood right next to the stadium. We went to a lot of games, and seeing this video makes me so nostalgic! I still love the stadium now, but my heart belongs to the 2001-2003 era Miller Park. Thanks for this great trip back in time!

For real. He got two things right 1. Keeping the team here and giving us this beautiful park 2. Moving the team to the NL where they belong (cry Astro fans)
