I felt the same until I punched a heavy bag without gloves using this technique.

Still gotta try hitting a bag like this. So far.. intrigued, and I believe it works, but haven't proved it yet myself.

Moving our body with the greatest ease and the hand strength will get us there! Awesome share amigo! Been investing in this a lot, more recently when I am on my mountain bike and makes big difference.

This makes absolutely no sense. Plus it immediately screwed up my regular fist strength.

seems like nonsense to me too, because why would the hand need to bend out of shape for maximum efficiency. Maybe we're not meant to be at full speed/str and just live a normal healthy life? IDK
