The temperatures will be lower when you have the battery top off and it can cool with ambient air. Keep the top on and then open it and measure the temperature please

If there are 2 batteries in series will it be 300 amps continuous? Double the 1 battery at 150 A. And so on for a 48 volt system 600 amps continuous.

Do I need to change out my Inverter on a 2001 Tahoe lite 18tb camper 12v system. If I remove the lead acid battery, can I just install one of these Epoch Dual purpose 12v 120Ah cranking and deep cycle batteries?

I see this doesn’t have a t-class style internal fuse like the 460ah model, but I’m curious about the series of fuses that Ben points to on the BMS. How comparable is the protection they might offer?

They are not really comparable for AIC comparisons. They were designed to protect the internals of the BMS and battery connections. The Class T in the 460Ah is a nice idea and hopefully more batteries will have similar designs in the future.

Nice battery. Question anyone???? if I put four 100 amp hour 12 volt batteries in series will I in effect have a 400 amp hour 48volt capacity draw?????
