A New Metal Plan Drawer Unit for my Art Studio! A1 Paper Storage Solution. I Want The Red One!

I am so excited to show you these new plan or map drawers that I had built for me! I had been looking on the second hand market for a long time but either the units were too large, too expensive, or too filthy and rusted! Most drawer units tend to be A0 size, which is massive, but I was able to order an A1 sized cabinet, which fits a lot more easily into my studio.
I'm slowly sorting and decluttering my studio, so it is quite a mess at the moment, but at least all of my large papers are organised into this amazing new drawer unit! It's so hard to find a good storage solution for large paper; most drawers are just not deep enough.

There are a few other places in Australia which make similar cabinets, so search for Plan Drawers or Map Drawers in Google. They are not easy to find but sometimes they sell on places like Facebook Marketplace. In the end I had one made because the dimensions were a better fit for my studio, and I have to say these are excellent quality and I am very happy with them! Even if they did cost a small fortune.....😬
