Austin gives the ingredients for the soup so you can cook on your own, he's fantastic. That book has been long long long out of print, after it was initially printed actually. So there are inflated prices out there. I forget the story as to why he just never did another printing.

Oh wow my ascendant is at 20 degrees of Scorpio! And it's trine Mercury in Pisces (r) and Moon in Cancer...so interesting about that fixed star (not even gonna try spell it 😂)...I grew up loving learning but also carried the narrative (both internally and externally) that I was a flake with little common practical sense...I'm now learning Music & Audio Production which is quite detailed and practical and am actually doing better at it than I thought I would (my MC in Virgo ruled by that Mercury in the 5th house). My Jupiter is in Pisces too...I've actually had a fairly good feeling about this new moon on a personal level even though there has been a lot of tough stuff going on around me. The rich symbolism you always bring and how you present it always helps me navigate and appreciate the ebb and flow of this mysterious existence. Thank you 🙏💜

I loved this episode. I felt Austin was talking about the the Phoenix rising, one of the various forms of scorpio, and it's transcendence. I loved the corollation with fixed stars and the tarot as well, and that you'll be incorporating them in future episodes. "If you suppress it it turns into a monster." As someone with the majority of planets in the 3rd decan of various sign including Scorpio, Taurus and Leo I can confirm this! It absolutely is 7 of cups energy too. It's like a siren call that if not answered will haunt you in your every moment. One of my planets is my Leo Sun at 21 degrees with Mercury & MC in tow. It will be in a T-square with this new moon. During a very reflective and recent meditation, I realized those desires stem from my Leo energy of being in the spotlight, fun, lighthearted, very vulnerable and childlike place of creativity, storytelling, writing, filmmaking (my Neptune Sag hits this energy too) and so on. Is what I tend to put into the shadow, integrate a little of it, then repress it all over again out of fear.

Wow!!! I hardly ever catch your videos the same day they appear. All of your videos hit but this one really hit me hard. As someone who has a history of psychosis and random psychic abilities I find this information is very useful. I have a 21 degree Scorpio Sun and the New Moon is happening during my solar return. Making my hidden interests known to the people in my life has been rocky but I'm all the better for it, and using my oracle cards out in the open doesn't phase me at all now. I have recently started to attend a peer to peer group for NAMI to help more people break through the stigma of their mental illness diagnosis (we meet on Mondays). Oh goodness! This spoke straight to my soul….even down to the suggestion that looking at too many objects can unnecessarily create confusion. For whatever reason, I ran across some info about name asteroids and decided to look up a name…lo and behold, there is an asteroid named after my object of desire and it turns out to be conjunct my moon (and trine the asteroid lust). 😬😂. Fixed star Zubenschamali is at my natal Sun’s degree of 19 Scorpio, which of course has just passed about 2 days ago. Being a Scorpio Sun, I am aware of my Shadow side, and unafraid to stare into the dark, or point it out to someone who I feel needs to see it. The fixed star information adds nuance, as you say, and so often, something can morph from beautiful to beastly in a single moment of rage, or over a lifetime of repression of natural desires into obsessive control of others, or turning psychic inclinations into psychoses.

#grabbed story re: Mars opposite Uranus. This transit has mars within one degree of a conjunction with my natal moon in Scorpio. I thought this transit would show up at my daughter’s birthday party (turning 2!) but the party went wonderfully, very nice time relationally with everyone. As time came to wind down after everyone left I tried a prescription retinoid face cream for the first time. The cream then gave me an immediate systemic anxiety attack reaction! I had to wash off my face and everything. Luckily I realized what was happening relatively quickly and this is a little-known but real side effect. I laughed with my husband that I thought I escaped the transit when the party went well, only for it to catch me later! Final note: when Uranus exactly opposed my natal Scorpio moon earlier this year, I had similar physical-level anxiety attacks associated with high thyroid levels. Very similar feeling! Not pleasant.

I think this new moon must also be understood in the context of immediately preceding the Mars cazimi, and the first one in I think 30 years. It is a pivotal refresh and new start for Mars (and Scorpio).

So good because... Jupiter is my RP, which is Jupiter Reumturn in 6th until like April/May? 2024. Adam. It’s the 14th. I set up my new moon altar Sunday night. Did a little prayer and burned a candle Monday morning. I put the 7 of Cups on my altar from my Thoth deck, today I woke up did a Victory meditation claiming “I am mighty Victory’s flame of victorious accomplishment and I accept no compromise” then I pulled some cards from my other tarot deck and guess what?? Yup, I pulled the 7 of Cups reverse ( and the six of cups with The Sun card as the advisor) both the six and seven of cups are Scorpio cards and clearly the Sun is in Scorpio. I asked what is blocking the free flow of Light in attracting a good partner in my life and the answer was 7 of Cups reverse. Uncanny.

I’m paying very close attention to those psychic messages.
