A New Parkinson's Test?

I was dx'd with PD but have doubte because Sinement even in high doses ddid nothing for me abd i do not have resting tremor what i did have was various surgeries on my lefft side thay left it weakened. I asked for definitive tests but was refused. Now l don't trrust doctors. Stopped rmost rx'd drugs and use 12:35 vitamins & supplements and feel considerrably better.

I’m in a similar situation. I do have a tremor in my left leg but the medicine doesn’t seem to do anything. Even at high dose. Seeing a specialist soon. Hopefully they can help me understand what’s going on.

Maybe it’s psp instead (progressive supranuclear palsy) presents like Parkinson’s but doesn’t respond to levodopa. Also no tremor.

Does severe imbalance and unable to stand for long mean a patient is going for early stages of Parkinsons?

Its possible. The earliest known person diagnosed with PD was 19 but its less likely to happen. Its outset is associated with age, hereditary, lifestyle and exposure to the surrounding environment.

Wow, that was a whole lot of tangentially related information. Then once you say the words "skin punch biopsy" the video abruptly ends, with absolutely zero information about this test. Which leads one to wounder if you even understand this test yourself. Next time try getting to the point, and providing information about the topic. Instead of providing detailed to semi detailed infornation on things related to the topic without providing information on the topic. It was a total waste of my time. I came away knowing exactly the same amount of knowledge as I did before watching watching the video. Because the video did not include any information on the topic at hand. I wish these types of videos would stop trying to lay ground work, and focus on the topic. There is literaly gigabytes worth of videos that lay the ground work, and basic understanding of how Parkinson's has typically been diagnosed, and the difference between Parkinson's & Parkinson like syndromes. Stop recreating the wheel. At this point, doing so adds no value.
