Played the heck out of this on PC. I love Slay the Spire, and this is different enough to make it worth the while. The party system, the different class synergies, tactical decisions, and build options are super engaging. Excited to see it come to switch!

i picked up roguebook on sale last week, and am absolutely addicted to it. such a good game, and getting the complete edition for just over 3 bucks was a steal. across the obelisk is looking pretty good too, definitely looking to pick this up sometime.

I thought i would love this but it is much more complicated than STS etc. Maybe it would be better docked but theres so much tiny nformation on screen and in menus that its hard to work out in handheld.

I tried the demo and it seemed rather bland and boring. Does it get better outside demo? It was like the same monster each round and felt like a cut and paste without much variation.

So many great deckbuilders out there! How to choose a favorite? Overall has to be Slay the Spire. But underrated is Banners of Ruin. Newest is Cobalt Core. Complex is Gordian Quest. And plain fun is Monster Train. Other greats are Dungeon Top, Griftlands, Roguebook, and Castle Morihisa. I've had fun with all of them!

Slay the spire is a good reminder for me that I shouldnt just judge a book by its cover. There are games where the aesthetic turns me off, but ends up being an incredible game. There are many games I wouldnt have given a chance unless videos like this show me whats great about it.

Nice. Balatro has been doing a terrific job of filling that "Slay the Spire" itch lately, but as a fan of the genre I may add this to the rotation just to try it out. I can't honestly see anything beating Balatro anytime soon (there's a reason so many are calling it their GoTY).... but just because this one likely won't be "best" doesn't mean it can't be "good," or even "great." Here's hoping!

I heard of this one a while ago, AmbiguousAmphbian made a video about exploiting the block mechanic. Would be cool if you choose me.
