That was nice of you to take Parker on a tour and he got lunch at the end, how can you beat that? Cool look-back, Kap!

For those less adventurous, I think you need a short loop trail.
@kapperoutdoors2 жыл бұрын
lol I'll be sure to make several loops... A) Short loop for true city slickers.. They will be watching their phone screens the whole way, and won't have boots or bug spray.. This loop with be around 100 feet or so... B) Medium loop. This is for city folks who have visited the country or have secretly aspired to be country folk. They will engage with nature and notice unusual things, like the fake sasquatch dummy we'll have hidden in the woods. but they will enjoy the hike! C) Full loop. Designed for the hard core exercise folks who wish to get exercise, at the same time tackling a unique and challenging trail system, complete with hills and valley's, lot's of scenery, deep woods, waterfalls, beauty, and of course a little work out to make it all the way around the long loop! Just some initial ideas!! :) Have a good weekend buddy! Thanks

think you will be doing anymore property clean ups like you did with that farm and all the old trucks and tractors? I really liked that series!!
@kapperoutdoors2 жыл бұрын
If we find another one we sure will! But those are hard to come by, and usually the sellers want full price! LOL. Needless to say you have to get them at a discount to help cover all of your equipment and labor costs! But we are always keeping an eye out! Thanks.

New subscriber great channel. I am getting into the excavating and had a question. Did you have to have a permit for the pond? Thanks ahead of time.
@kapperoutdoors2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for joining us. That is a loaded question. Each state is different. Generally speaking though, if the pond is to be built on high ground you don't need a permit, but in some more populated areas you still might as they like more control. IF there is any wetlands then you do need a permit either from your state DNR or the Army Corp of Engineers, and they also need to design it. But for small, high and dry ground ponds to reduce erosion generally speaking you don't. Also, if you have animals the Fed's will pay cash to help you build a pond to reduce water erosion if you are in hilly country or on HEL ground. (Highly erodible landscape) Best of luck!
