A new transfer seat installation called the lINK by Adapt Solutions.

Mobility One Transportation installed a transfer seat called the LINK by Adapt Solutions in a 2021 GMC Sierra Denali HD 4x4. It is the same application as a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado. The seat has a capacity of 350 pounds. This person also wanted a shifter like right hand operated hand control. We also installed a MPS F1 Evo unit which is in a different video.

Can you tell me what the seat height is at its lowest point on this truck? We have a Ford F-150 with a Link seat and want to upgrade to a F-250 Super Duty with a diesel engine, but worried about the transfer height and if the seat will come down low enough from the higher truck. Thanks!

Can can the control be wireless?

There is not a wireless at this time. We keep requesting. And also control from your phone.

!!!!!!!!BEWARE!!!!!!!! I've had this Link seat for 2 years. Problems, problems, problems. LOTS of moving parts. Constantly failing. Electrical connections are cheesy, electric motors are junk. I weigh 175 and am a paraplegic. If you transfer from your wheelchair to the seat repeatedly, it will bend the frame. This seat will cost you THOUSANDS in repair bills.

We are one of the biggest installers in US. We really have not experienced the problems. Rated at 350 lbs. Anything will wear, excessive weight and or heavy use can premature parts. I have been installing for over 3 years and only replace the back up 9 volt battery. We have had good feedback about the Link. This is one of few products like it out there and it changes lives. Really regret your bad experience, was it a used seat, or maybe not installed correctly ,or used properly. Good luck.

Sounds to me you have a Braun Bruno seat. We have a lot of customers switching to the Adapt Solutions LINK seat. Could be you are a Braun dealer? Also the LINK has a 3 year warranty. You shouldnt have had to spend any money.

That's what everyone says about all the major adaptions. It's too bad companies like Adapt Solutions are prioritizing profits over quality. I'd buy a truck right now if it weren't for the fact that all the mobility adaptions are junk.
