I normally hate games that have access to skills limited based on the weapon type you are using. I much prefer skills being tied to the characters themselves. But this data pad thing that adds a sort of pseudo-Last Epoch style skill tree for each skill is a game changer, I think. I've had this on my wishlist for years, but I'm even more excited for this game now.
